Access Dental have been very good to me and had a lot of patience. The Doctor was very talkative and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Very nice Staff and Doctor😊

Dr. Rodriguez is amazing. I won't say the same for the owners. They have managers overbook and don't allow the dentist sufficient time for each appt. This causes frustration for patients and burnout for the dentist and his assistants. The owners really need to work on their work ethic. Everyone suffers while the owners get rich.

Dr. Rodriguez is new, and fits right in! Mayra is always very helpful n ready to answer any questions about service , along with billing n insurance coverages. New front receptionist, very bubbly and courteous. Both new additions to the staff is reassuring that the service will remain top notch.

Excellent place, great customer service. I give Dr. Jed 5 stars, he is the best. Staff is very friendly and what I like the most is there is little to no waiting time. I have been a patient for 6 years+ all my family are patients here too.

The following review below is intended for all individuals who are considering Access Dental. My experience with Access Dental personally as a walk-in was great. I had previously gone to another provider and didn’t feel as though I was able to connect. More so, it felt as if I was just another number to their production line. It had been awhile that I had gone to a dentist and honestly I was quite nervous with what to expect. After thoroughly reviewing a list of selected providers I decided to follow through with Access Dental. Upon calling I immediately was impressed by the staffs professionalism. There was a minimal wait time and was made to feel valued rather than “just a number”. I have to thank the staff, management, and dentist (Dr.Jed) for providing a safe and timely service, as well as taking the time to communicate with me what areas of concerns . In all honesty I was nervous about the cost of the treatment plan, but working with Access Dental I didn’t feel confused about what was considered necessary or priority. I ultimately was given a thorough breakdown which in turn allowed me to receive dental treatment with ease.
